The time synchronization fine tunes the clock (seconds andmilliseconds).The parameter SyncMaster defines if the IED is a master, or not a master for timesynchronization within a Substation Automation System, for IEDs connected in acommunication network (IEC 61850-8-1). Thedefault value is set to 0.The PTP VLAN tag does not need to be the same on all access points in one IED.
