The SYNC button willbe lit. Press the TEMP, MODE,or AUTO button twice to unlink theset driver and rear temperatures.The SYNC button turns off.Rear Control Lockout: Press tolock or unlock control of the rearclimate control system from the rearseat passengers. When locked therear climate control can only beadjusted from the front seat.Automatic OperationRear AUTO: Press to turn on or off.The air delivery and fan speed arecontrolled automatically. The AUTOindicator appears on the display.If any of the climate control settingsare manually adjusted, this cancelsfull automatic operation.Manual OperationS A T (Fan Control): Pressbriefly or press and hold the rearclimate control buttons or touchscreen to increase or decrease theairflow. Pressing A T when thesystem is off will turn the system on.The air delivery mode remains in itsprevious setting.+/- (Temperature Control): Pressbriefly or press and hold the reartemperature control buttons or touchscreen to adjust the rear passengertemperature. Press + for warmer airand press - for cooler air.Y / \ /Y (Air Delivery ModeControl): Press the desired modebutton on the touch screen or theMODE button on the rear faceplateto change the direction of the airflowin the rear seating area.M or L (Heated Rear Seats, IfEquipped): Press M or L to heatthe left or right outboard seatcushion and seatback. See HeatedRear Seats on page 3-10.Air VentsMove the sliding knob on the airoutlets up and down or left and rightto direct the airflow. Use thethumbwheels near the air outlets toopen or close off the airflow.Operation Tips. Clear away any ice, snow,or leaves from air inlets at thebase of the windscreen thatcould block the flow of air intothe vehicle.. Keep the path under the frontseats clear of objects to helpcirculate the air inside thevehicle more effectively.. Use of non-GM approved bonnetair flow deflectors can adverselyaffect the performance of thesystem. Check with your dealerbefore adding equipment to theoutside of the vehicle.. Do not insert any objects in theoutlets, as failure of themechanism may occur.
