SeeRemote Vehicle Start on page 2-7and Vehicle Personalisation onpage 5-39.Rear SeatsSplit Folding SeatbacksWith this feature, either side of therear seatback can be folded downfor more cargo space.Folding the Seatbacks{ CautionFolding a rear seat with the safetybelts still fastened may causedamage to the seat or the safetybelts. Always unbuckle the safetybelts and return them to theirnormal stowed position beforefolding a rear seat.To fold the seatback:1. Unbuckle the rear safety beltsand move the front seatbacks tothe upright position. SeeReclining Seatbacks onpage 3-5.2. Make sure that there is nothingunder, in front of, or on the seat.3. Lift the lever on the top of theseatback. A tab near theseatback lever raises when theseatback is unlocked.4. Fold the backrest forward. A tabnear the seatback lever retractswhen the seatback is locked inplace.Keep the seatback in the upright,locked position when not in use.
