When using the wireless controller, youmust press the record enable button and desired zoom buttonsimultaneously to zoom.Setting the Zoom SpeedPerform the following procedure to set the zoom speed for the suppliedwireless controller. Refer to the following table for a summary of zoomspeeds when using the wireless controller or other remote controls.1 Open the zoom [Speed Level] submenu.[l Camera Setup] [Zoom] [Speed Level]2 Select [Fast], [Normal] or [Slow] and then press SET.3 Open the zoom [Wireless Controller] submenu.[l Camera Setup] [Zoom] [Wireless Controller]4 Select the desired level and then press SET.• This setting affects both the wireless controller and optional remotecontrols.Zoom speeds (wireless controller and optional remote controls)NOTES• Attaching the optional WA-H82 Wide Attachment decreases thecamcorder’s focal length by a factor of 0.8.
