After the machines are successfully verified, select each machine to which you want to deploy theAppAssure Agent, and then click Deploy.10. If you chose the Protect machine after install option, after deployment is successful, the machinesautomatically reboot and protection is enabled.Deploying to machines on a VMware vCenter or ESXi virtual hostBefore starting this procedure, you must have the host location information and logon credentials for theVMware vCenter/ESXi virtual host.NOTE: All virtual machines must have VM Tools installed; otherwise, AppAssure cannot detect thehost name of the virtual machine to which to deploy. In lieu of the host name, AppAssure uses thevirtual machine name, which may cause issues if the host name is different from the virtual machinename.To deploy to multiple machines on a vCenter/ESXi virtual host:1. From the Core Console, click the Tools tab, and then click Bulk Deploy.2. On the Deploy Agent on Machines window, click vCenter/ESXi.3. In the Connect to VMware vCenter Server/ESXi dialog box, enter the host information and logoncredentials as follows and click OK.103
