62Web page programmingPRC-E Series Instruction Manual MN014003EN August 2015 www.eaton.comEntering schedulesotee:N If you are creating a simple schedule for a group,the group “Associate Schedules” configurationarea may be used instead of general “Schedules”configuration area.Click the “Associate Schedule” for the selected group orclick the “Schedules” tab across the top of the Web page.This displays the schedules list page.From the “Schedules” list screen, individual schedules canbe added, edited, deleted, and the status of the schedulecan be viewed.Each line in this screen is a separate schedule entry. The #is the schedule number.The “Action” field displays a command (or a part of thecommand with the trailing ellipses) activated at the “From”time of the schedule; this command is reversed at the“Until” time of a standard schedule. If the schedule isconfigured as an “Event’, it only issues the command atthe “From” time, and there is no “Until” time specified, sothere will not be a reversal of the action.The “Days” field displays the days of the week that theschedule will activate. This includes Sunday(S), Monday(M),Tuesday(T), etc. and Holiday(H).“From” is the start time of the schedule, the start of thecommanded action.“Until” is the end time of the schedule, the end of thecommanded action.“Flags” indicate the status of the schedule. “A” indicatesthat it is an active schedule currently running, and “B”indicates that the schedule is a backup schedule.otee:N In the “Schedules” screen the “From” and “Until”times are displayed in the military format. Whenentering the time schedules in the “Edit Schedule”screen, the times are entered in the standard format(am/pm).In the “Schedules” screen, double-click on the line of theschedule that needs to be edited. This could be any emptyline or an existing schedule line.This will display the “Edit Schedule” screen.Action of the scheduleThe “Action” is the command that is sent at the “From”(start time) of the schedule and reversed at the “Until”, (endtime) of the schedule. The “Action” command is formattedusing the name or address of the point in the controllerand the command separated by single space character, forexample, “GRPA ON” or “1F ON”, “B101 OFF” or “1:1BOFF”. There can be multiple commands in the “Action” field,but they must be separated by the single space character,for example, “GRPD ON B127 ON”.otee:N When in the “Groups” tab in the “AssociateSchedule” configuration area, the only commandallowed is which isautomatically entered in the “Action” field, andcannot be changed. The general “Schedules”configuration area allows combination entry of themultiple commands.
