Thenumber depends on the front panel ordered.• Enhanced horizontal front panel — 16 user-programmable pushbuttons• Enhanced vertical front panel — 6 user-programmable pushbuttons• Standard horizontal front panel — 12 user-programmable pushbuttons• Graphical front panel — 16 user-programmable pushbuttons (eight physical pushbuttons, eight graphical interfacepushbuttons)The digital state can be entered locally (by directly pressing the front panel pushbutton or optional graphical front panelinterface) or remotely (via FlexLogic operands) into FlexLogic equations, protection elements, and control elements. Typicalapplications include breaker control, autorecloser blocking, and setting groups changes. For example, set pushbuttons 1 to5 to select settings groups 1 to 5, or set pushbutton 1 to clear event records. The user-programmable pushbuttons areunder the control level of password protection.ExampleTo clear event records using pushbutton 1, set Settings > Product Setup > Clear Relay Records > Clear Event Records toFlexLogic operand PUSHBUTTON 1 ON. Then program the pushbutton by setting Settings > Product Setup > User-Programmable Pushbuttons > Pushbutton 1 Function to "Self-reset."
