The btower,if in operation, could spread the flames.Cook meat and poultry thoroughly-meatto at least an INTERNALtemperature of160°F and poultry to at least on INTERNALtemperature of 180°F. Cooking to thesetemperatures usually protects againstfoodborne illness.
