Contact TechnicalSupport, giving them all theinformation contained inthe fault entry.3-2-0-0 Loss of Device A configured PROFINET device isno longer present on the network.Notes:The network connection issuemight be in the interconnectingnetwork between the controller andthe device, and not necessarily atthe device itselfIn an MRP ring with a largenumber of clients, storing aconfiguration that causes all clientsto reconfigure (for example,changing the Domain Name) maygenerate a large number ofLoss/Addition of Device faults. Thisis expected behavior and alldevices should automatically returnto operational.If this is unexpected operation,either re-connect missingPROFINET device on thenetwork, or remove the devicefrom the PNC’s configuration.3-14-0-0 Loss of sub-module onPROFINET device.A configured PROFINET sub-module is no longer present.If the submodule is missing,then replace the missingsubmodule on the device. If thesubmodule is present, check fora malfunction on the submodule(for example loss of field power,hardware failure, etc.).3-14-2-0 PROFINET Device’s sub-module under control ofPROFINET Supervisor.A PROFINET Supervisor has takencontrol of a PROFINET device’ssub-module, for which the PNC iscurrently configured and to which itis connected.If this is unexpected operation,investigate the reason forSupervisor taking control.Investigate reason forSupervisor taking control.3-33-0-0 Loss of network interface onPROFINET device.A configured network interface onthe PROFINET device is no longerpresent.Repair or replace the missing ormalfunctioning network interfaceon the device.3-33-2-0 PROFINET Device’s networkinterface under control ofPROFINET Supervisor.A PROFINET Supervisor has takencontrol of a PROFINET device’snetwork interface, for which thePNC is currently configured and towhich it is connected.If this is unexpected operation,investigate the reason forSupervisor taking control.
