Press Scale & Units in the "Options" menu.2. Highlight Abs or %T as the required units.3. Highlight Auto or Manual scaling on the graph's y-axis.Note: When selecting the manual scaling, the limit values y min and y maxcan be entered using the alphanumeric keypad. The graph is adjusted todisplay only the values in the selected range. If automatic scaling isselected, the instrument sets the limits automatically so that the totalrange can be displayed.4. Press OK to confirm.5. Press Return to return to the Scan mode.6.7.2 Time course scan readingAfter all scan parameters have been selected, the instrumentmust then be zeroed. Afterward the sample can be analyzed.1. Insert the zero solution cell in the cell compartment andclose the cell compartment cover.2. Press Zero.The blank reading is shown on the display.3. Insert the analysis cell in the cell compartment and close thecell compartment cover.4. Press Read.The instrument will begin collecting Time Course data (kineticdata).Note: During the reading the Zero and Read keys change to Markand Stop.
