Another way to print a NetworkSettings page is:1. Go to the URL Configuration Page, the URL ishttp:///configure.html.2. Click on the Network Administration link. This displaysthe Network Administration Page.3. Click Configure Status Page, then click Generate Now.(The Network Administration Page is describedbeginning on page 75.)The Network Settings page provides information about thenetwork printer settings and network connections. Youshould review this page immediately after NIC installationand any time you change the configuration to verify that theprocedure was done properly.In the illustration at the right, important features are circled.The Unit Serial No. (which is also on the back of the NIC), isused for printer identification in peer to peer and NetWareprotocols. The Network Address is the hardware address orMAC address. The Protocol Address is the IP address youassign the 4400N printer.
