You canalso add a personal ringing tone,voice tag, or a thumbnail image to acontact card. You can create contactgroups, which allow you to send textmessages or e-mail to manyrecipients at the same time. Contactinformation can only be sent to orreceived from compatible devices.■ Manage contactsSelect Menu > Contacts.To add a new contact, selectOptions > New contact. Fill in thefields you want, and select Done.To edit a contact, scroll to it andselect Options > Edit.To delete a contact, scroll to it andselect Options > Delete. If you havemarked contacts, they are deletedinstead.To attach a thumbnail image to acontact, scroll to the contact, andselect Options > Edit > Options >Add thumbnail.To assign default numbers andaddresses to a contact, select it, andselect Options > Defaults. Scroll tothe desired default option, andselect Assign.To copy names and numbers from aSIM card to your phone, selectOptions > SIM contacts > SIMdirectory. Scroll to the name youwant to copy or mark the desirednames, and select Options > Copy toContacts.To copy a phone, fax, or pagernumber from contacts to your SIMcard, scroll to the contact you wantto copy, and select Options >Copy > To SIM directory.■ Manage contact groupsCreate a contact group so that youcan send text or e-mail messages toseveral recipients at the same time.1. Select Menu > Contacts, scroll tothe right, and select Options >New group.2. Enter a name for the group or usethe default name, and select OK.3. Open the group, and selectOptions > Add members.4. Scroll to each contact you wantto add to the group, and press thejoystick to mark it.5. Select OK to add all markedcontacts to the group.
