Youcan set the calendar to sound an alarmwhen it’s time for you to make a call orto go to a meeting.Note: Your phone must beswitched on to use this function.Do not switch on the phonewhen wireless phone use isprohibited or when it may causeinterference or danger.Calendar viewsDay listPress Menu, roll to Calendar, andpress Navi Roller to access the day list.Day list allows you to roll through thedays day by day. For each day, the daylist shows the date and the icon foreach note type you have set for the day.See “Adding a calendar note” onpage 62.Tip: Pressing View enters theweek list. The week list allowsyou to roll your calendar week byweek. You can also access theweek list by pressing Options,and then rolling to View byweeks and pressing OK.Tip: In the day list and week list,you can quickly jump to a certaindate by entering the date usingthe number keys. For example, iftoday is the 9th and you key in 3,the phone jumps to the third dayof the following month.Day viewOnce in the day list, roll to the desiredday and press Navi Roller to access theday view.Day view allows you to roll through thenotes made for the selected day.Note viewOnce in the day view, roll to the desirednote and press Navi Roller to enter theselected note.Note view allows you to view thedetails of the selected note.
