A first time caller name is the Caller ID nameprovided by the telephone company. You can change this Caller ID name tothe caller’s name.Caller Type Contains the classification of the caller. There are five types: Unclassified,Personal, Employee, Vendor and Customer.Company Contains the name of the company associated with the caller. The Caller IDname automatically appears in this box.
