Stop the printerIntroductionThe printer can be stopped in 2 ways.• ManuallyUse the Stop button or the [Stop after job] button to stop the printer.• AutomaticallyDefine a corresponding setting in the workflow profiles.Stop the printer manuallyManual stopWhen to stop Action DescriptionAfter a set Press the Stopbutton 1x• The printer stops when the currently printed set of theactive print job is completed.• The dashboard displays the [Resume] button with avertical green bar, and the message [Stopping afterset...].• When the set is completed, the vertical green barchanges into red and the message [On hold] appears.• Touch the [Resume] button to continue printing.NOTEIt depends on the set size and the moment youpress the Stop button when the printer willstop. For example, when you have a large setof 1,000 pages and you press the Stop buttonafter the first page, the printing will continuefor a couple of minutes.As soon as possi-blePress the Stopbutton 2x• The printer stops when the printer buffer is empty (assoon as possible).• The dashboard displays the [Resume] button with avertical red bar, and the message [Stopping as soonas possible...].• When the printer buffer is empty, the message [Onhold] appears.• Touch the [Resume] button to continue printing.NOTEThe buffer can contain up to 50 pages.
