It also explains how toorganize the programmed numbers into groups foreasier faxing to multiple locations.Programming One Touch KeysYou can store up to two fax numbers with 32 digitsin each One Touch key: a main number and an op-tional alternate number which will be called if themain number is busy. You can also enter a 16-char-acter Location ID (name) for each One Touch key.n The OKIFAX 5300 Plus has 15 locations available onkeys 1–15.n The OKIFAX 5600 Plus has 30 locations available.Keys 1–15 are on the main One Touch panel, andkeys 16–30 are beneath the main One Touch panel.Note: To find One Touch keys that are not yet pro-grammed, repeatedly press the Search key.1 Press the Select Function key.2 Press the 8/Location Program One Touch key. Thedisplay shows LOCATION PROGRAMMINGENTER (SRCH, OT, A/D, #).3 Press a One Touch key to program.Note: To program or use One Touch keys 16-30 on theOKIFAX 5600 Plus, grasp the One Touch keyboard latchand swing the main One Touch panel out of the way.You can then select from keys 16–30. When you arefinished, close the One Touch keypad and continue.4 The display briefly shows NO=,ID= (or a previously programmedfax number and Location ID).5 After the display clears, enter the main fax number.Refer to the instructions below.
