Infor-mation in this report includes:n The Location ID of the One Touch keys and AutoDial codes you have selected.n Telephone numbers you have entered using thenumeric keypad.Confidential Reception ReportThis report prints automatically each time yourOKIFAX receives a confidential message into a mailbox. Information in this report includes:n The date the message was received.n The total amount of time spent Sending or Receiving(S, R-TIME).n The Location ID or telephone number of the faxmachine you were communicating with (DISTANTSTATION ID).n The number of the mail box that received themessage.n The number of pages received.n The result of the communication.n Service codes. Be sure to report these diagnosticcodes if you contact your Authorized OKIFAXDealer about communication problems.Printing ReportsThe four reports described in this section—ActivityReport, Broadcast Confirmation Report, PhoneDirectory, and Configuration Report—are printedusing the 6/Report Print One Touch key.To print a report:1 Press the Select Function key.2 Press the 6/Report Print One Touch key. The displayshows 1:ACTIVITY REPORT.
