Important: Programming this information into yourMFP is required by law in the United States.To program your FAX ID using JetSuite Pro, seeyour JetSuite Pro User’s Guide.TSI/CSIThis is the telephone number of your MFP. This number isprinted at the top of the faxes you send, and appears, on thedisplays and reports of other fax machines you arecommunicating with.Sender IDThis is a descriptive title that identifies the sender—usuallythe location of your MFP or the name of your company oroffice. It is printed at the top of every fax you send. You canenter up to 32 characters. The first 16 characters of yourSender ID will also be used as your Personal ID, which mayappear on the displays or reports of other fax machines youare communicating with.Call Back NumberThe Call Back Number is a telephone number (not a faxnumber) which the operator of the remote machine can use toreach you. If you use the voice request function whilecommunicating with another fax machine and no one is thereto answer, your MFP will automatically send a cover letterwith a call back message. The call back message is printed ona separate sheet with the message “Please call back” and atelephone number where you can be reached. The call backnumber entered here is the number that appears on the callback message.To program your Fax ID:1 Press the Select Function key.2 Press the 9/User Program One Touch key.3 On the numeric keypad, press 4. The display will show4:SYSTEM DATA PRG.4 Press the Yes ß key, the display showsNO=, ID+.5 After the display clears, enter the full telephone numberof your MFP using the numeric keypad.
