Your MFP will begin sending the fax.Rejecting Unsolicited Fax MessagesThe closed network option allows you to limit the locationsyour MFP can communicate with. Using this function, youcan set your MFP to refuse to receive any incoming faxesfrom locations whose telephone numbers are not programmedinto your One Touch keys or Auto Dial numbers (RX). In thisway your MFP automatically rejects unsolicited fax messagessuch as advertising. You can also set your MFP to neithersend faxes to nor receive faxes from, locations whosetelephone numbers are not programmed into your One Touchkeys or Auto Dial numbers (T/R).
