Swing the control panel up and out of the way.3 Pull the gray lock lever on the old toner cartridge all theway toward you. Carefully pull the old toner cartridge outof the image drum unit. For disposal, place it in theplastic bag you received with your new toner cartridge.! Warning: Be careful when handling the toner cartridge.Do not let toner spill onto your clothing or other porousmaterials. If you experience any problems with toner,see the Safety section in “Setting Up Your OKIOFFICEMFP.”4 Unwrap the new toner cartridge and gently shake it todistribute the toner. Then carefully peel the tape from thebottom of the toner cartridge.
