Yourdocuments will be scanned, saved in memory, and sentfrom memory on the date and time you have selected.Canceling a Delayed TransmissionTo cancel a delayed transmission from the document feederor from memory before it has been sent, follow theinstructions below.1 Press the Stop key. The display showsCOMMUNICATION CANCEL.2 Press the Yes ß key. The display shows the Location IDof the delayed transmission currently loaded in yourMFP.3 Press the Yes ß key.4 If the delayed transmission was a feeder transmission,press the Stop key again to remove the document fromthe document feeder.Confidential MailboxIf you need to receive a fax that should not be seen byanyone else, have the person send the message as aconfidential fax from another OKI compatible unit, or from afax machine that is equipped with the sub-addresstransmission function. In order to do this, you must first setup a confidential mailbox, as explained below. Then, giveyour mailbox number to the person sending the message. Anincoming confidential fax is stored in memory, until youenter your password. You can set up to 8 mailboxes.
