LOADING PAPER2-112Loading paper in the stand/MPD & 2000 sheet paper drawerUpper paper tray:The upper paper tray is equivalent to the multi purpose drawer. The method of loading paper and the paper that canbe used are the same as for the multi purpose drawer. Refer to the description of the multi purpose drawer (see page2-8).Lower paper tray:The lower paper tray is a large capacity tray that holds 2,000 sheets of A4 or 8-1/2" x 11" paper (80 g/m2 (20 lbs.)).Use the following procedure to load paper in the large capacity tray.1 Pull out the large capacity tray.Gently pull the tray outuntil it stops.2 Load paper onto the right and left paperfeed tables.Load paper onto theright paper feed table.The right table holdsapproximately 1,200sheets.Raise the paper guideand load paper onto theleft paper feed table.The left table holdsapproximately 800sheets.
