It is necessary to assign the gateway address if theprojector is connected to the network of different segment or to the Internet in theinfrastructure mode.For details of assigning the address, please consult your network administrator.Host nameSet the name of the projector on the network.The name must be up to 16 alphanumeric characters and symbols.Use and buttons to change the value, and use and buttons to switchthe characters to be changed.Press the ENTER button when the setting is completed.ModeChoose either "AD HOC" mode or "INFRASTRUCTURE" mode.Set the projector to the "AD HOC" mode when it is used as described in "To usewireless communication for the first time" and "If wireless communication hasalready been established between PCs (in AD HOC mode)". Set the projector tothe INFRASTRUCTURE mode when it is used as described in "If wirelesscommunication has already been established using an access point".Press the ENTER button when the setting is completed.SSID (only in the INFRASTRUCTURE mode)Change the projector's "SSID" to the one that is set for the access point with whichthe projector communicates in the INFRASTRUCTURE mode.• For the SSID of the projector, up to 32 alphanumeric characters and symbols areavailable. For this reason, if the SSID of the access point cannot be used in theprojector, consult the network administrator and have the SSID changed to theone that can be used in the projector.Use and buttons to change the value, and use the and buttons toswitch the characters to be changed.Press the ENTER button when the setting is completed.ChannelSelect the channel for use. It is necessary to select the same channel as used bythe wireless card of the PC with which the projector communicates.In the INFRASTRUCTURE mode, the projector usually operates regardless of thechannel setting.
