(P18)This unit is turned offautomatically.≥ If you do not use the unit for approximately 5 minutes,the power is automatically turned off to conserve thebattery charge. (P92) To resume recording, turn thepower back on.The power will not turn off automatically when thepower save function (P92) is set to [OFF].This unit does not stayon long enough.≥ Is the battery low?> If the remaining battery power indication is flashing or themessage “LOW BATTERY.” is displayed, the battery hasrun down. Charge the battery. (P18)Battery runs downquickly.≥ Is the battery fully charged?> Charge it with the AC adaptor. (P18)≥ Are you using the battery in an extremely cold place?> The battery is affected by ambient temperature. In coldplaces, the operating time of the battery becomesshorter.≥ Has the battery worn out?> The battery has a limited life. If the operating time is stilltoo short even after the battery is fully charged,depending on the usage, the battery has worn out andcan no longer be used.This unit cannot beoperated thoughpowered up.This unit does notoperate normally.≥ Press the [RESET] button. (P102) If normal conditionsare not restored yet, remove the battery or disconnectthe AC adaptor, wait about 1 minute and then reinsertthe battery or reconnect the AC adaptor. Then, about 1minute later, turn on the power again.
