The alternative community key is supplied with the product,and it is recommended to keep it safe.If both the read-write community and the alternative community keyare unavailable, then an alternative community key can be obtainedfrom customer support using the ODU serial number or MAC address.The serial number is located on the product, and the MAC address isdisplayed in the manager inventory tab.
