There are several options that can be selected for ringing,overflow, group transfer and overflow destination. There are a maximum of 32 members allowed in onegroup. The operator group is automatically assigned group number 500.Note: In DCS/Compact System: maximum 30 of members are allowed in one group.FEATURE KEYS0 RING Ring mode1 OVERFLOW Overflow time2 GRP TRSF Group transfer time3 NEXT PORT Overflow port4 MEMBER Group member (eg., station 202)RING MODES0 SEQUENTIAL The first idle station listed in the group will ring. If the first is busy, the nextidle station will ring.1 DISTRIBUTE The first call will ring the first station listed in the group. The next call will ringthe next station listed in the group.2 UNCONDITION All the stations listed in the group will ring. Busy stations will receive off-hookring (MAX 32 STATIONS RINGING).PROGRAM KEYSUP & DOWN Used to scroll through optionsKEYPAD Used to enter selectionsSOFT KEYS Move cursor left and rightSPK Used to store data and advance to next MMCHOLD Used to clear previous entryACTION DISPLAY1.
