CUSTOMIZINGINDEXCONTENTSINDEXCONTENTS 2626Control panel lists and tabs: The control panel T ABLET, TOOL, and APPLICATION lists allow you to select thetablet, tool, or application for which you want to change settings. To change tool settings, open the controlpanel using the tool you wish to customize. The tool will be automatically selected in the T OOL list, and theappropriate tabs will be displayed. To customize settings for a different tool, select it from the T OOL list byclicking on its icon (the appropriate tabs will be displayed). See customizing the pen, customizing themouse, and customizing the tablet functions for more information.Note: The control panel A PPLICATION list is for advanced users; it is not necessary to select or addapplications in order to customize your Intuos3 tool(s).Control panel settingsUse these sections as a reference when working with the Wacom Tablet control panel; they provide detailedinformation about each tab and some of the more complex topics. When a new tool isfirst used on the tablet it is automaticallyadded to the tool list, and functions with thedefault settings.
