Inspect:9Throttle cableSlack Æ Adjust.Damage Æ Replace.2. Adjust:9Throttle cable set conditionAdjustment steps:8 Turn the throttle grip in arrow direc-tion and hole to fully closed position.8 Enough to loosen the throttle stopscrew 1.8 Loosen the throttle cable lockingscrew 2 and keeping the throttlelever on the carburetor fully in theclosed position by turning in arrowdirection.8 Check the throttle cable 3 with no(noticeable) slack, then tighten thethrottle cable locking screw 2.8 Make sure the throttle lever on thecarburetor fully open and fully closedin operation by turning the throttlegrip.8 If the throttle lever does not operatein the fully opened position, re-adjustthe throttle cable.
