25 EnBASICOPERATION EnglishAt the factory, the frequency step setting is set to 50 kHzfor FM and 9 kHz for AM. Depending on your country orregion, set the frequency steps to 100 kHz for FM and 10kHz for AM.1 Turn off the unit.2 When holding down RETURN on the frontpanel, press A (power).3 Rotate SELECT/ENTER to select “TU”.4 Press SELECT/ENTER to select“FM100/AM10”.5 Press A (power) to set the unit to turn off andturn it on again.1 Press TUNER to select “TUNER” as the inputsource.2 Press BAND repeatedly to select thereception band (FM or AM).3 Press and hold TUNING jj / ii for more than1 second to begin tuning.Press ii to tune in to a higher frequency.Press jj to tune in to a lower frequency.The frequency of the received station is shown in thefront display.If a broadcast is being received, “TUNED” indicatoron the front display will be lit.
