If the service is running, verifythat the certificate on the server is still valid (for example, is not out ofdate).■ HTTP 403: ForbiddenThis message can indicate that remote access to the monitoringservice is not allowed, or that the username and password are invalid.■ If you are trying to access the monitoring service from anothermachine, access the service from the machine where it is installedand enable remote access to the service.
