The arrow indicates the direc-tion of the destination as the crow flies.• ”Keep right after 2 kilometres”.Keep right means that the street will split andthat you should follow the corresponding direc-tion of travel.• ”You have reached your destination”.The specified destination has been reached androute guidance is terminated.Dynamic Route GuidanceNote:Dynamic route guidance is not possible in allcountries.Dynamic route guidance is used to calculate theroute, taking current traffic announcements intoaccount. The traffic announcements are transmitted by aTMC radio station in addition to the radio pro-gramme and are received and analysed by the nav-igation system. The reception of trafficannouncements is free of charge.Note:Traffic announcements are transmitted by radiostations, therefore we cannot accept any responsi-bility for the completeness and correctness of theannouncementsIf dynamic route guidance has been activated, acontinuous check is made for the presence of rele-vant announcements for the selected route. Theroute is then calculated using the ”fast route” op-tion, while taking into account current traffic an-nouncements. If it is determined during thesecontinuous checks that a traffic announcement isof relevance for the route guidance, the unit willautomatically re-calculate a new route to the desti-nation.NEW ROUTE is shown on the display. In addition, there is a voice announcement ”The route is beingrecalculated due to current traffic announce-ments”.Note:If no TMC station can be found, the display willshow Currently TMC reception is notpossible. The unit will switch back to the routeguidance display after a short time.If no TMC stations can be found within10 minutes, Currently TMC reception isnot possible will appear on the display againand a short signal tone will sound.Your navigation system can receive TMC infor-mation, whether a TMC station is selected or not. However, in order to guarantee optimal receptionof TMC information, we recommend the selectionof a TMC station. You can recognise a TMC sta-tion during FM reception by the abbreviation TMC.See ”Display for TMC stations” on page 163.Note:Austria: The location and event code was madeavailable by ASFINAG and BMVIT.
