It provides every Cadillacowner in the United States with the advantage ofcontacting a Cadillac advisor and, where available,a Cadillac trained dealer technician who can provideon-site service.A dealer technician will travel to your location within a30 mile radius of a participating Cadillac dealership.If beyond this radius, we will arrange to have yourcar towed to the nearest Cadillac dealership. Eachtechnician travels with a specially equipped servicevehicle complete with the necessary Cadillac partsand tools required to handle most roadside repairs.Calling for AssistanceFor prompt and efficient assistance when calling,please provide the following to the Roadside ServiceRepresentative:• Your name, home address, and home telephonenumber• Telephone number of your location• Location of the vehicle• Model, year, color, and license plate number of thevehicle• Odometer reading, Vehicle IdentificationNumber (VIN), and delivery date of the vehicle• Description of the problemTowing and Road Service ExclusionsSpecifically excluded from Roadside Service coverageare towing or services for vehicles operated on anon-public roadway or highway, fines, impound towingcaused by a violation of local, Municipal, State, Provincialor Federal law, and mounting, dismounting or changing ofsnow tires, chains, or other traction devices.Roadside Service is not part of or included in thecoverage provided by the New Vehicle Limited Warranty.Cadillac and General Motors of Canada Limitedreserve the right to make any changes or discontinuethe Roadside Service program at any time withoutnotification.8-9
