Selecting Feed Amount Adjustment MethodThere are two methods of adjusting the paper feed amount, Prioritize print quality and Prioritize lengthaccuracy, either of which will be applied during printing.Since the method that is applied during printing is determined from the value of the Set priority setting,configure Set priority to match the print target.Follow the procedure below to perform settings.1. Load paper.Loading Rolls on the Roll HolderLoading Rolls in the PrinterLoading Sheets in the Printer2. On the HOME screen, tap (Setup).Menu Operations3. Tap Maintenance.4. Tap Paper feed adjustment.5. Tap Set priority.6. Tap paper to adjust.7. Tap setting.AutoPrioritize print quality or Prioritize length accuracy is selected, depending on the setting asselected in the printer driver at the time of printing.Prioritize print qualityAdjusts the feed amount to reduce banding across the sheet in printed documents. Adjust printquality settings are applied. When Paper feed fine adjustment is executed, the Paper feed fineadjustment settings are applied in addition to the Adjust print quality settings.Prioritize length accuracyAdjusts the feed amount for better accuracy of lines in printed documents. The value of Changeadjustment values in Adjust feed length is applied.8. Tap OK.374
