Playing with an Oriental ScaleE-25You can use the following procedure to store up to four scalesetups in memory for quick and easy recall whenever youwant to use them.1. While holding down the D-5 (STORE) button,press the SCALE MEMORY number button (D-1through D-4) to which you want to assign thecurrent scale setup.• This will save the current scale setup to the button youpress.• If there is a setup already assigned to the number keyyou press, it will be replaced (deleted) by the newsetup.Example: To assign the current scale setup to the D-2 (2)button.2. To recall a saved scale setup, press the SCALEMEMORY number button (D-1 through D-4) towhich it is assigned.1. While holding down the R-13 (FUNCTION)button, press the C-8 (SCALE) button to displaythe scale screen.2. Use the R-17 (y) button to move the 0 to“AcmpScale”.3. Use the dial or the R-14 (–, +) buttons to changethe setting value.4. When the setting is the way you want, press theR-15 (EXIT) button.• This will return to the screen that was displayed beforeyou displayed the scale screen.• The above scale on/off setting affects all of the AutoAccompaniment chord parts (Chord 1 through Chord 5) andbass parts (A11 through A16).
