Receiving Faxes in the MemorySince your printer is a multi-tasking device, it can receive faxes while performing othertasks. If you receive a fax while you are copying, printing, or run out of paper or toner, yourprinter stores incoming faxes in the memory. As soon as you finish copying, printing, orresupply the consumables, the printer automatically prints the fax.Automatic DialingSpeed DialingYou can store up to 400 frequently dialed numbers in one, two or three-digit speed diallocations (1-400).Storing a Number for Speed Dialing1 Press My Settings Address Book from the home screen.2 Press Add ( ) icon.3 Press New Individual .4 Enter the name, Email address and phone number in the each field with the pop upkeyboard.
