Before calling Customer Service, take intoaccount the following information.9 WARNINGRisk of electric shock!Improper repairs are dangerous. Only anauthorized servicer may perform repairs and mayreplace damaged plug and connections. Removethe power plug or turn off the circuit breaker orfuse in the fuse box if the appliance is damaged ornot working. Call Customer Service.--------Power cutYour appliance can bridge a power cut of a few seconds.Operation continues.If the power cut was for a longer period and theappliance was in operation, a message appears in thedisplay. Operation is interrupted.Set the function selector to 0, then the appliance can beoperated again as usual.Demo modeThe demo mode is activated if the ° symbol appears inthe display. The appliance does not heat up.Briefly disconnect the appliance from the mains (switchoff the domestic fuse or the circuit-breaker in the fusebox).
