When you choose a sport, theForerunner automatically changes the way it calculatescalories and displays speed (changes from pace for Runningto speed for Biking and Other). The Forerunner alsoorganizes workout data by sport; for more information, see“Viewing Workout History.”To change your sport:1. Press and hold mode until the Change Sportmenu appears.2. Highlight Running, Biking, or Other. Then pressenter.Changing to a different sport.When changing sport modes, keep this information in mind:• If you change from one sport mode to anotherwithout resetting the timer, you automatically enterMultiSport mode.
