You can also include transition time from one sport tothe next. Move seamlessly from sport to sport by pressingthe lap button.To set up an Auto MultiSport workout:1. Press mode to access Menu mode. HighlightTraining Assistant and press enter.2. Highlight Auto MultiSportand press enter. The AutoMultiSport page appears. Itlists three default sport modes.3. To change a sport mode in thelist, highlight the sport modeand press enter.4. Select an option from themenu. Edit Leg changes thissport mode to a different sport. Insert Leg insertsanother sport mode before this sport. Remove Legremoves this sport mode from the list.5. To add a sport mode to the end of the list, highlight and press enter.6. To include transition time between each sport mode,highlight Include Transition and press enter. Thenselect Yes and press enter.7. Highlight Done and press enter to finish.To do an Auto MultiSport workout:1. Press start to begin yourMultiSport workout. To changefrom one sport mode to thenext, press lap. If you haveincluded transition time, presslap when you are finished with one sport mode tostart transition time. Press lap again to end transitiontime and begin the next sport mode.2. To stop Auto MultiSport, select Stop MultiSportfrom the Training Assistant menu. Or, complete yourworkout. Then press and hold reset to resetthe timer. PreviousNext |
