Troubleshooting 8-51000/100/10 LampThe 1000/100/10 lamp indicates whether each of the network ports normally equipped with theserver is operated through the 1000BASE-T, 100BASE-TX or 10BASE-T network interface. If thelamp is lit orange, the network port is operated through 1000BASE-T. If the lamp is lit green, thenetwork port is operated through 100BASE-TX. If the lamp is off, the network port is operatedthrough 10BASE-T.100/10 LampThe 100/10 indicates whether the management LAN port is operated through the 100BASE-TX or10BASE-T network interface. If the lamp is lit green, the network port is operated through100BASE-TX. If the lamp is off, the network port is operated through 10BASE-T.Hard Disk Drive LampThe optional hot-swap SCSI hard disk drive bay can contain four 1-inch height hard disk drives.Each hard disk drive has a DISK lamp on its front panel.The DISK lamp indicates the drive status as follows. Lighting greenThe hard disk drive is installed and powered on. Blinking greenIndicates that the hard disk drive is accessed. Lighting amberIndicates that the installed hard disk drive is defected.NOTE: While hard disk drives are in the disk array configuration(RAID1 or RAID5), a single failed hard disk drive does not affect theoperation of the server.
