When adjusting thevolume, a bar chart indicates thevolume level.LoudspeakerYou can use the loudspeaker on yourdevice during a call.Warning: Do not hold thedevice near your ear whenthe loudspeaker is in usebecause the volume may beextremely loud.• To activate the loudspeaker whilein a call, select Loudsp.• To deactivate the loudspeakerduring a call, select Handset.The loudspeaker is deactivatedautomatically when a call (or a callattempt) ends or when certainenhancements are connected.Options during a callMany of the options that you canuse during a call, are networkservices. Check with your wirelessnetwork operator for moreinformation.Select Options during a call todisplay a list of options availableduring a call, then select an option.■ KeyguardWith keyguard, you can lock thekeypad to prevent keys from beingpressed accidentally and to preventaccidental calls. If the keypad islocked, it unlocks when you receive acall. After the call, the lockautomatically reactivates.When keyguard is on, calls may bepossible to the official emergencynumber programmed into yourdevice.To lock the keypad, select Menu andpress * within 2 seconds.To unlock the keypad, select Unlockand press * within 2 seconds.■ FlashlightYour device has abuilt-in flashlightthat you can activatewhen the device is inthe standby mode or when there is acall in progress. To activate theflashlight, scroll up. The light stayson until you release the scroll key.Scroll up twice in quick successionfor the flashlight to stay oncontinually. Press scroll up again toturn the flashlight off.You can also use the flashlight toalert you to an incoming call. Formore information, see "Personalise aprofile", page 47.
