To view a highlighted note, selectOptions > View.Options while viewing a listof notesSelect Options while viewing a list ofa day’s notes and one of thefollowing:The options listed below areavailable while viewing the title of anote.View—View the full note.Make a note—Create a new note forthe selected date.Delete—Delete the note.Edit—Edit the note.Move—Move the note to anotherdate on your calendar.Repeat—Enable the note to recur ona regular basis (daily, weekly,bi-weekly, monthly, and yearly).Tip: Repeat is not availablefor Birthday note.Go to date—Jump to another date onyour calendar.Send note—Send the note to anotherdevice using text message, or incalendar format.Copy—Copy the note. You can thenpaste the note to another date.Settings—Set the date and time,format, the day each week starts,and whether you want your notes toauto-delete after a specified time.Send a note1. In the standby mode, select Menu> Organiser > Calendar.2. Scroll to the date containing thenote you wish to send.Any days containing notes will bein bold type.3. Select Options > Day notes.4. Select the note you wish to sendand Options > Send note > Viacalendar or Via text msg.5. If you select Via calendar, enterthe number for the recipient; orselect Search to retrieve anumber from the contacts listand OK. The note is sent.6. If you select Via text msg., selectAdd number.7. Enter the number for therecipient; or select Search toretrieve a number from thecontacts list and OK.8. Select Options > Send. |
