In the standby mode, use scrolldown to enter the contacts list.2. Highlight the contact you wantto assign a voice tag, and selectDetails > Options > Add voicetag.3. Select Start; then speak clearlyinto the microphone.Do not select Quit unless you wantto cancel the recording.The device automatically stopsrecording, saves, and replays thevoice tag. appears next to thephone numbers that have voice tagsassigned.If recording is not successful, yourdevice displays Voice system error. Inthis case, select Options > Add voicetag, and repeat Step 3.Dial a number1. In the standby mode, select andhold Contacts.2. When you hear several beeps andSpeak now appears, release thekey.3. Pronounce the voice tag clearlyinto the microphone.When the device finds the voice tag,Found: appears, and the deviceautomatically dials the number. Ifthe device does not locate a numberor recognise the voice tag, No matchfound appears.Voice tag optionsAfter you have associated a voicetag to a contact, you can choose oneof the following options:Playback1. In the standby mode, selectContacts >Voice tags.2. Scroll to the name with the voicetag you want to hear.3. Select Options > Playback.Modify1. In the standby mode, selectContacts > Voice tags.2. Scroll to the name with the voicetag you want to change.3. Select Options > Change.4. Select Start, then speak clearlyinto the microphone. The devicerepeats your voice tag, and Voicetag saved appears.Delete1. In the standby mode, selectContacts > Voice tags.2. Scroll to the name with the voicetag you want to erase.3. Select Options >Delete.4. Select OK to erase the voice tag.
