Thestopwatch displays time in hours,minutes, seconds, and fractions of asecond in hh:mm:ss:s format.Using the stopwatch or allowing itto run in the background when usingother features increases the demandon battery power and reduces thebattery life.Split or Lap timeUse the split time function for suchthings as a long distance race whenyou need to pace yourself.1. In the standby mode, select Menu> Organiser > Stopwatch > Splittiming or Lap timing > Start.Split timing—You can use thesplit time function to paceyourself as you might do during aracef. Select Split to note thelapsed time. The timer continuesto run and the split time appearsbelow the running time. Eachtime you select Split, the newmeasured time appears at thebeginning of the list.Lap timing—You can use the laptime function when you want totrack how long it takes tocomplete each cycle or lap. SelectLap to note the lap time. Theclock stops, then immediatelyfrom zero. The lap time appearsbelow the running time. Eachtime you select Lap, the newmeasured time appears at thebeginning of the list.2. Select Stop to end timing anddisplay total time.Save, view or delete split andlap times• To save a time while the clock isrunning select Stop > Save, entera name for the measurement, andselect OK. If you do not enter aname, the total time is used asthe default title for the lap orsplit time.• To view the last measured time,in the standby mode, selectMenu > Organiser > Stopwatch> Split timing or Lap timing >Show last.• To browse saved times, in thestandby mode, select Menu >Organiser > Stopwatch > Splittiming or Lap timing > Viewtimes.• To delete a saved time, fromStopwatch, select View times >Select > Discard or select Deletetimes > One by one or Delete all.
