ISDN Calling Line Identification Enhancements Page 805 of 1814International ISDN PRI Feature description and administrationEuroISDN Continuation for UK/Spain/Belgium/SN3The EuroISDN Continuation feature allows Home National Numbers andHome Local Numbers to be configured on a route. When an ISDN call ismade from a set to a EuroISDN interface, the CLID constructed byEuroISDN, based on the outgoing route, takes precedence over the CLIDconstructed for the calling station set.EuroISDN Trunk - Network SideThe EuroISDN Trunk - Network Side connectivity supports all of the userside ISDN CLID enhancements.Network Attendant ServiceIf Network Attendant Service is equipped, CLID entry 0 is used for incomingtrunks.Network Call RedirectionNetwork Call Redirection constructs Redirecting Number and RedirectionNumber. The feature enhancement does not change the construction of theRedirecting Number. However, the Redirection Number of the Notifymessage is constructed using the CLID entry 0 of LD 15.Network Message ServicesMessage Waiting Indication with DMSWhen a user leaves a voice message, from a multiple appearance DN, on akey other than Key 0 (such as Key 1), the caller’s recorded number will be themultiple appearance DN on Key 1, rather than the primary DN of Key 0. Thismeans that when the user returns the call, he/she will ring the DN of Key 1 onall the sets that have the appearance of the DN.When a user retrieves messages using a multiple appearance DN key otherthan Key 0, the user now retrieves the messages on the other DN key.The mail box number for a Network Message Service user is based on theoriginal called number, in the form of a Coordinated Dialing Plan (CDP) orUniform Dialing Plan (UDP) number. The construction of the original callednumber is not changed. If a user’s DN is using a different Home LocationCode or Local Steering Code for CLID, the Meridian Mail database adds theuser’s CLID as the mail box number. For example, if the first called numberfor a user is 6462300, a UDP number, and the user’s CLID is 6472300, usingCLID entry ‘x’, the user’s mail box numbers are 6462300 and 6472300.
