Regardless of the default, you can toggle between voice or tonecalling by entering the Tone-Voice Call feature code. For example, if the extension default is tonecalling, you can make a voice call to another extension by entering the Tone-Voice Call feature accesscode.OperationTo make a call using Intercom Calling:Hardware Requirements• N/ARelated Programming• FF1-0-03: Extension COS (Intercom Calling Type)• FF1-0-03: Extension COS (Voice Call Send)• FF1-0-03: Extension COS (Voice Call Receive)• FF3: Extension COSAction Result1.
