Three items of information must be known before accessing the System Manager'sMailbox — the telephone number answered by Voice Mail Service, the System Manager'sMailbox Number and the Password for that mailbox (if assigned). The System Manager'sMailbox Number is 99, 999, 9999 or 99999 depending upon the mailbox number lengthspecified in System Programming. The System Manager's password is assigned through theSystem Manager's Service.To Access the System Manager's Mailbox1. Dial an extension number providing Voice Mail Service. Or Dial any VPS extensionnumber and Press [#] [6] (Service Access Command).2. Press [ ], then Type the System Manager's Mailbox Number (99, 999, 9999 or 99999).3. Type the Password followed by [#].
