Messaging 67• Sending Options:– Priority: you can select the priority level of your messages.– Expiration: select the length of time you wish the message you sent toremain on the Multimedia message server.– Delivery: you can set a time delay before the phone sends yourmessages.– Size: you can set the maximum allowed size (30/100/300/600 KB) for amultimedia message.– Request Delivery Report: when this option is enabled, the networkinforms you whether or not your message has been delivered.– Request Read Report: when this option is enabled, your phone sends arequest for a reply along with your message to the recipient.– Keep a Copy: you specify whether you want to keep a copy of the sentmessages on your phone.– Add My Business Card: you send your content information along withyour sent messages.• Receiving Options: you can specify the category of messages youwant to receive. Allows you to set the following:– Download Type: allows you to set the message receipt options. Choosefrom Auto Download, Manual, or Reject.– Send Delivery Report: when this option is enabled, the phone allow thenetwork report to the sender whether or not the message has beenreceived.– Send Read Report: when this option is enabled, your phone sends anotification back to the recipient indicating that your message has beenreceived.– Reject Anonymous: allows you to automatically reject messages witha category of anonymous.– Reject Advertisement: allows you to automatically reject messageswith a category of advertisement.• Multimedia Message Profiles: you can select a connection profilewhich is then used for sending and receiving Multimedia messages.– MMS Profiles: allows you to select a profile (MEdia Net, AT&T MMS orAT&T IMS) for sending a multimedia message.– Profile Settings (accessed by pressing the Options soft key andselecting the Edit option)• Set Name• Access Name• Auth Type• User ID• Password• Protocol• Home URL• Proxy address• Linger Time (Sec.)• Advanced Settings (Static IP, Static DNS, and Traffic Class)
