There are two axle angle sensors.They are located on opposite axle pivot pins ateach end of the chassis.How to Calibrate the Axle AngleSensorsNote: Use the following chart to identify thedescription of each LCD screen control buttonused in this procedure.Plus Minus Previous EnterNote: If an axle angle sensor has been removed orreplaced, the axle angle sensors will need to becalibrated.Note: Perform this procedure with the axles fullyretracted and the boom in the stowed position.1 Push in the ground controls red EmergencyStop button to the off position.2 Turn the key switch to ground controls.3 Locate the calibration toggle switch at the topof the ground control box. Activate calibrationmode by moving the toggle switch in the leftdirection.4 Temporarily install a control box doorretaining fastener between the door and thebox to prevent the control box door frommoving the toggle switch while calibrating themachine.5 Remove the key from the main key switch.Insert the key into the bypass/recovery keyswitch and turn it to the bypass position.1 Run2 Bypass3 RecoveryNote: The angle sensor calibration values will notbe saved correctly unless the key switch is in thebypass position and the calibration toggle switch isactivated.6 Press and hold the enter button on theground control panel while pulling out theground controls red Emergency Stop button tothe on position. Hold the enter button forapproximately 5 seconds and then release it.
