Referto Repair Procedure, How to Adjust the BoomExtend and Retract Cables.4-6Primary Boom Angle SensorThe primary boom angle sensor is used to limit theangle of the primary boom relative to the angle ofthe turntable and gravity.How to Calibrate the PrimaryBoom Angle SensorNote: If the angle sensor is replaced, both thesensor and magnet must be replaced as a set.Note: Perform this procedure with the machine ona firm, level surface and in the stowed positionwith the axles extended.Note: The turntable level sensor must becalibrated prior to calibrating the primary boom.Note: RSB1AO and RSB1AS are calibrated at thesame time.Note: Primary boom angle must be calibratedbefore calibrating boom length.Note: If the calibration flags between SCON andTCON do not agree after calibration, a crosscheckfault is generated and recorded and the affectedboom function is inhibited.Note: A digital level will be required to perform thisprocedure.Note: A kit is available through Genie ProductSupport (Genie part number 58351).
