Open the control box lid.3 Locate the circuit board mounted to the insideof the platform control box.Electrocution/burn hazard.Contact with electrically chargedcircuits could result in death orserious injury. Remove all rings,watches and other jewelry.Component damage hazard.Electrostatic discharge (ESD)can damage printed circuit boardcomponents. Maintain firmcontact with a metal part of themachine that is grounded at alltimes when handling printedcircuit boards OR use agrounded wrist strap.4 Tag and carefully disconnect the ribboncables from the membrane circuit board.5 Remove the circuit board mounting fasteners.6 Carefully remove the LED circuit board fromthe platform control box lid. Do not lose theplastic spacers.Note: When installing the LED circuit board, besure the plastic spacers are installed between thecircuit board and the control box lid.1-2JoysticksHow to Calibrate a JoystickThe joystick controllers on this machine utilizedigital Hall Effect technology for proportionalcontrol. If a joystick controller is disconnected orreplaced, it must be calibrated before thatparticular machine function will operate.Note: The joystick must be calibrated before thethreshold, max-out or ramping can be set.Note: After each joystick is calibrated, check thedisplay at the ground control box. There should beno calibration faults shown on the display. Ifcalibration faults exist, repeat procedure for thatjoystick controlled function.Note: If Joystick Not Calibrate is displayed at theground control box, proceed to step 7 for thatjoystick controlled function procedure.Note: Perform this procedure with the engine off.Note: Use the following chart to identify thedescription of each LCD screen control buttonused in this procedure.Plus Minus Previous Enter
